After receiving her BA at CSUS, Sheila and her husband Bob, augmented their education at the Fishback School of Photography and upon graduation, opened a family owned Commercial Architectural Photography business. (Who would have known at the time, how visual real estate would become in years to come.) Sheila and Bob worked side by side with their children, who became little artists in their own right, and were an integral part of Van Noy Photography.
In 1986 Sheila began her Real Estate career, as it complimented her interests and still allowed her to be with the family. She reached the highest pinnacle in local real estate when she became a Presidential member of the local MLS Master’s Club.
Sheila is proud of the fact that over 95% of her clients are repeat clients or referrals from past clients. They know she cares about them and that she will guide them gently and wisely through the process of buying or selling their home.
Sheila loves the quality and uniqueness of older homes and instinctively relates to the varied needs of her clients. She understands that one size does not fit all. Whether it is a bungalow, a cottage, a tutor, a midcentury ranch, or a contemporary Eichler, she is there by their side looking out for their best interests.
You can count on Sheila to listen and give experienced advice. She believes that the best financial decision you will make in your life is to buy a home.
Outside of the office, Sheila loves photography, the beauty of nature and her family. She is curious about various cultures and is a world traveler. She has visited 6 continents and is not done yet!
